Milling
We perform CNC milling operations with 3 and 5 axes, to achieve any high mechanical precision component.
Thanks to the CAD / CAM technologies, we can work on molds and pieces with complex geometries. Milling machines can be made up of 3, 4 and 5 axes, and they are made of any type of workpiece and are particularly suitable for small, medium and large pieces.
Milling is a cold mechanical machining for chip removal by a tool rotating around its axis on a moving motion piece.
Milling differs from other machining because it requires rotating the tool and translating the workpiece.

Reaming
Among the mechanical machining we have the reaming that slightly corrects the axiality and diameter of the holes.
A translation motion parallel to the axis of the instrument, is embossed to bore conical or cylindrical holes.
Through this procedure we can work holes with high precision with superficial finishes and narrow dimensional tolerances.
