Turning<\/h2>\n

UFG srl offers turning<\/strong> service that is an industrial production process obtained for chip removal. Turning comes by a rotating piece of the workpiece and a straightforward motion of the tool.<\/p>\n

UFG is specialized in the production and processing of turned parts on different types of\u00a0materials<\/strong>\u00a0ferrous and non-ferrous materials, hardened materials, alloys and superalloys.<\/p>\n

Turning machining<\/h3>\n

For turning operations<\/strong> the workshop uses the latest generation technology in programming and in the design of the mechanical design for the production of CAD<\/strong>\/CAM<\/strong> adrawing mechanical components using our ten-year experience of our operators and our technical office<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Technical support<\/h3>\n

The technical expertise of UFG staff offers not only versatility in supplies but also technical support <\/strong> n the design phase and the individual component changes to the process definition to make it more functional and economical.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the CNC lathes<\/strong> we are able to carry out machining with complex profiles up to a maximum diameter of 800 mm for 4000 mm.<\/p>\n

Hardened parts machining<\/h3>\n

One of the strengths that UFG srl offers on turning machining is the turning of hardened parts which in many cases results in an economical alternative to grinding<\/strong> workmanship and allows the machining of complex geometry by avoiding expensive grinding machines.<\/p>\n

All mechanical turning operations are carried out with high precision CNC machines and by our qualified staff, ensuring a high quality standard, while respecting tolerances, finishes and unified machining according to UNI requests from the drawing.<\/p>\n
